Details:Car kits must be purchased in advance from the Recreation Department starting in April. Costs of the cars are $6. Pre-schooler (1 -5 years old) races start at 1PM. Races for kids 6 - 12 follow. Prizes are given out for the top 3 fastest cars, best design, and most creative cars.

The Gridley Recreation Department will be hosting it's annual Pine Wood Derby Races during Red Suspender's Day, on May 17th, 2008. The races start at 1PM on Virginia Street (between Sycamore and Spruce Rd). This event is designed for kids 1 - 12 years old.
