Meditation has been proven scientifically to combat stress and stress related disorders like high blood pressure, insomnia, and heart disease.
To learn meditation techniques that will help you experience deep inner calmness, please join us for this FREE six week class. * Bring a blanket and/or pillow if you would like to be positioned on the floor. Chairs are available. 5:30-6:30 PM
